"ShowCare": Europalco launches support program for employees
Europalco, a leading provider of global solutions for events and shows, has just launched ShowCare internally. It is a program specially designed for its employees, which provides specialized support in the areas of nutrition, legal, financial, social and psychological, and is also extensible to family members. This initiative was implemented this year, in which the company celebrates 26 years of existence in Portugal.
"The launch of the ShowCare program follows in line with Europalco’s people management policy that values well-being and working conditions," the company stresses.
Health insurance, training to acquire new skills, awards based on performance, protocols with partners from various areas, free Yoga and Meditation classes, soccer practice, offer tickets to attend events/ concerts at the Altice Arena, as well as offering an annual trip that marks the end of the year, are just some of the benefits offered to Europalco employees. Destinations such as Disneyland Paris, Azores or Madeira, are part of the list of places already visited.
