Europalco brought the Millennium BCP 2025 Management Meeting to Life

In one of the biggest corporate events of the year, we welcomed around 1,600 guests to the iconic Carlos Lopes Pavilion, in a spectacle where technology and emotion walked hand in hand.

With over 500m² of LED walls, we created a breathtaking scenic environment. One of the major highlights was the suspended structure with horizontal movement, allowing a 16x5m LED panel to shift dynamically, reinventing the space throughout the event.

And that was just the beginning:

Kinetic Balls with Video Mapping and Laser: A true three-dimensional visual spectacle, with movement, light, and sound perfectly choreographed.

Video Mapping Laser: Precise and impactful projections, taking the experience to a new level of immersion.

Automated Horizontal Moving LED Walls: These screens opened scenographically to reveal speakers and key moments of the event.
